Dr. Nam Kyun Kim received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University of Veterinary Medicine in 2015. His clinical year was completed at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Veterinary Medicine. He has practiced in South Korea as well as in the Chicagoland
area before joining Care Animal Hospital in 2020. He earned his Bachelors of Science in 2010 at the University of British Columbia.
His special interests include surgeries, dentals, and general medicine. He is happily married with a brand new baby boy. He is also the father to a 5 year old Beagle named Robin who was rescued from a laboratory. He has owned, bred, and raised Cocker Spaniels, which he loves dearly. He is bilingual in English and Korean with some intermediate level Chinese.
His passion is veterinary medicine but in his free time he enjoys snowboarding, hiking, camping, swimming, automotives, electronics and spending time with his family and friends.
