| Dr.
James Park joined Care Animal Hospital
in June 2007. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science
and his DVM degree from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana.
Dr. Park is a Chicago native, and he is excited about offering
cutting-edge veterinary care to clients in his hometown. Dr.
Park’s professional interests include surgery, cardiology,
and ultrasonography.
Dr. Park has completed training in: Basic and
Advanced Ultrasonography, Tibial Tuberosity Advancement CCL
surgery, Tightrope® CCL surgery, and Vet-Stem regenerative
stem cell therapy.
Dr. Park shares his home with two cats, Tiki
and Rudi. He is a die-hard Chicago and Illini sports fan who
enjoys playing sports as well as exploring the outdoors in
his free time. In addition, Dr. Park serves on committees
within the Illinois State Veterinary Medical Association.
